Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our partner JPS with tracking, which we will provide you, and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
To track your order, get your tracking number on your account or in the Shipping email you received. Then, type in your number in the tracking form found at the bottom of our homepage : savvyfine.com
Please contact support if the tracking number hasn't been received.

If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Article 11 - Delivery Deadlines
- The delivery deadline is the period between the confirmation of the Order and the transfer of physical possession of the Product to the Client, excluding installation or unpacking.
Delivery will occur within the timeframe indicated during the Order, except in cases of force majeure. If no delivery date is provided, the Company will deliver the Product no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. - If delivery is not made within the timeframe indicated by the Company, the Client may, after issuing a formal notice to the Company, terminate the contract or cancel the sale, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing via another durable medium.
The contract is considered terminated upon receipt by the Company of the registered letter notifying it of the termination, unless the delivery has occurred in the meantime.
Article 12 - Delivery Terms
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. The Company may contact the Customer to ensure the accuracy of the contact details.
- If delivery cannot occur due to an error in the information provided by the Customer, the costs of redelivery will be charged to the Customer. In such a case, the Company cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
- Delivery is carried out by a carrier, and the handover is subject to the specific terms of the carrier.
- Delivery is deemed completed upon the physical handover of the Products to the Customer by the carrier. The delivery slip provided by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer at the time of delivery, will serve as proof of transport and delivery. The Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered Product in the presence of the delivery person and, in case of damage or missing items, to make reservations on the delivery slip, potentially refusing the Product, and notifying the Company.
